Trotters Chase: Fiber Optic Internet Survey

Trotters Chase has been approached by mStreet Fiber with a proposal to install fiber optic infrastructure in the neighborhood’s right-of-way easement.

To determine if the investment is viable, they’ve asked us to gauge community interest through a brief survey via Google Forms.

Your response will help us decide whether to move forward with discussions and planning.

**UPDATE** Villas at Derby Run Annual Meeting – April 21, 2025

The Villas at Derby Run will host their annual meeting of the members on Monday, April 21st.

The Clubhouse doors open at 6:30 p.m., and the meeting will be called to order at 7:00 p.m.

Our new equipment arrived and Clear Reflection Aquatics is on-site today (7/30) to install the new pump.

We anticipate having the falls operational and water movement restored shortly.

We sincerely appreciate the patience, flexibility, and understanding of all residents who have been most affected during this process.
